We couldn't be happier, but, I would almost recommend one thing for consumers. When purchasing a brand new vehicle with all the new electronic bells and whistles, it would almost be a great benefit to hold new owner classes on Saturday afternoons to assist consumers with understanding all the new "toys" on their vehicle so they can easily, safely drive their new vehicle utilizing all it has to offer.

The timing couldn't have been better. He lost a very dear uncle on the very day we came to buy the truck. It was a very difficult time for him. Between you and Kim you made his dream come true. By delivering the truck to our home in Springfield and making the paperwork so easy to fill out, and by sending the nicest gentlemen possible to our home, you truly showed how you would go above and beyond for one of your customers. And I don't think you could've asked for a better person to advertise for you. The truck is polished and clean every day and proudly has your sticker on the tailgate. He has also told everyone he talks to everything that you did for him. The camouflage hat and the roses only top everything off. Again I just want to say that this whole transaction meant more to me than you will ever know. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making his dream come true. When you walked us into that shop and showed us that truck, I could see his eyes light up and I just knew in my heart that that was the truck for him! Bob Ridings Taylorville: This was a warranty issue for the A/C. I haven't had a chance to run the A/C much yet but it was fairly warm out yesterday and it seemed to be working fine. Was told it would be a 2 hour job but it took less time than that, service department is very friendly and courteous.

The two salesmen that we had purchased thru are no longer at this dealership, so that's all there is to say about that....but the service department is why we keep coming back. JAY, TRAVIS and the rest of the service department are top notch. whenever we had a problem they took care of what ever it might be. Recently, our battery died on our new car. With a phone call, they came and picked up the vehicle and fixed the problem, then delivered the car back to our home while we were at work! So the car was ready when we came home.
